How Syntamatic Digital designs security, privacy, and trust into enterprise solutions.

Official Policy DocumentLast Updated: January 2026

1. Zero Trust Architecture

Syntamatic Digital engineers systems on the foundational premise of Zero Trust: verify explicitly, enforce least-privilege access, and assume breach. All inter-service communications utilize mutual TLS (mTLS), token-based authentication, and cryptographic signature validation.

2. Data Protection in Transit & at Rest

All public endpoints require TLS 1.3 with modern cipher suites. Data at rest across databases, lakehouses, and model storage volumes is encrypted using AES-256 with customer-managed encryption key (CMEK) compatibility.

3. Customer-Controlled Cloud & On-Premises Deployment

Our enterprise platforms and specialized AI suites deploy directly into customer-controlled Virtual Private Clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) or air-gapped on-premises perimeters. Client model weights, fine-tuning datasets, and prompt logs remain strictly isolated within client infrastructure boundaries.

4. Tamper-Evident Audit Logging

Administrative actions, ledger updates, and data pipeline operations generate append-only, tamper-evident audit event logs to ensure regulatory auditability across GxP, financial, and supply chain domains.

5. Vulnerability Management & Secure SDLC

Our engineering pipelines incorporate automated static code analysis (SAST), software composition analysis (SCA) for open-source dependencies, and routine third-party penetration testing before release.
